I didn't even write her saying they're cute together until I saw everyone else calling them cute. (I guess it never really occurred to me, but then again, I'm the one writing and drawing this stuff, so I see it a different way than you.)
Must be tough to gauge just how well he knows his English when he mistakes words like "Cute" but he does know something a bit more complex, like "step-mother." but seems to be going well still, aside from odd intentions, still seems like a good date. :)
